Postings come from franchise career pages (Petco, PetSmart, Scenthound, Dogtopia, etc.), local salon submissions, and partner job feeds.

"Avg Min" is the mean of posted minimum salaries; "Avg Max" is the mean of posted maximum salaries. We include both salaried and hourly postings — for hourly roles, hourly rates are annualized at 2,080 hours before being included in the average, so the numbers above represent equivalent full-time yearly compensation.
